Shipping Rates

USA Shipping
We use Priority mail as our default shipping method. Orders for one or two CDs can be sent via First Class mail, which is just as reliable. If you have questions regarding shipping, please contact store at projekt dot com.

Insurance on USA Packages
Standard shipping rates above do not include insurance, and lost parcels will not be replaced. If you would like your USA order insured, there is a (UPDATE THIS RATE)flat $4 fee in addition to the above shipping rates. When placing your order, just mention in the comments area that you would like your order insured. We will manually adjust the total price when we process your order.

Foreign Help

We want to help you get your Projekt releases as quickly and easily as possible, so please keep these points in mind.

How long will my order take?
Overseas orders generally take about 12 to 20 business days to get to you from the date you place your order on-line. If you want to check the status of your order, go to the Top (brown) Bar, click on My Account and then Track Your Order for an update. If you have waited longer than 3 weeks, please contact us by emailing: store at projekt dot com. Tell us your full name and confirmation number, and we will get back to you promptly with more information.

Why are Projekt’s rates so expensive to Mexico?
Standard airmail to Mexico has a high rate of loss, in fact 100% loss in the past two years. We use insured Express Mail Service (EMS) to ship orders to Mexico.

Rest of World: Insuring / Registering export packages
We can insure your order by using “Express Mail Service” which offers both insurance and a way to track your package. If you are in Mexico, EMS is your only option. For the rest of the world: If you want this option, please enter “Insurance via EMS” in the Comments area of the check-out process. We will calculate the rates, and email them for your final approval. If you do not EMS your package, we will not replace it if it gets lost. Please keep this in mind

Some Foreign Customers Will Need to Provide ID (IMPORTANT)
Due to increasing credit card fraud, customers from countries like (but not limited to) Indonesia, China, Russia, Nigeria, Brazil might need to provide us with further documentation (copy of credit card, government I.D., etc). We will email you if this is necessary.

Sorry, we can not accept JCB cards, nor can we accept any card that doesn’t have the cardholder’s name imprinted.
